Due to our recent business growth in the Beaconsfield/ Warragul areas, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional and articulate Officer Administrator who is looking for ways to utilise their exceptional organisational, operational, communication and time management skills. Rich in diversity, this role will allow you to harness your self-motivation to deliver a level of service that is in line with the company's reputation and to ensure superior support to the organisation. You will be exposed to a variety of tasks and processes and your input is highly regarded.

We are looking for candidates who have strong administration background, who can demonstrate initiative, think outside the square, have the ability to prioritise and also have the confidence to communicate with external stakeholders. The right candidate will ideally have experience in both business development and customer relationship and have a keen interest in participating in the growth of the business unit.

The role includes strong office support functions, managing a high volume of work, completing reports, formatting and submitting tenders, system database updates, processing of letters and other relevant paperwork and organising training.

An attractive salary package will be negotiated for the right candidate.
